There is not a full shoulder here. Please submit a revised TCP showing how cars, bikes, and pedestrians will be diverted around the work site. If this means a lane shift into the center lane, then revise the TCP accordingly. Will there be a spotter assisting the pedestrians through? If so, add a note to the revised TCP. If the sidewalk needs to be closed, please provide a pedestrian detour plan that directs pedestrians to cross at the nearest designated intersections with "SIDEWALK CLOSED AHEAD CROSS HERE SIGNS." In this same span, there are big loops near the pole and lots of slack in the line (see photo below). If this Comcast's run? If so, this will need to be fixed under this permit.
