A Streatery shall be permitted for one year and may be considered for extensions of 3 to 6 month

Streateries are regulated under ECDC Chapter 18.70 Street Use and Encroachment; and Chapter

17.70.040 Bistro and Outdoor Dining. All Streateries will comply with the information and examples

Approved barriers shall be placed at each end of the streatery to enhance safety. Reflective delineators
