Cross 2 Design Group (C2DG), is providing the following brief information related to the services we have
provided to date on the above referenced project.
During construction, C2DG has been making periodic site visits to observe representative samples of the
installed work related to the documents which include details, plans and specifications that had been
developed for the project. The building envelope design documents address the following areas of the
building — exterior walls, roofs, waterproofed roof decks, below grade waterproofing, and penetrations. We
also monitored window testing at a sampling of window installations to confirm resistance to water penetration
under negative air pressure.
This letter certifies that in our opinion the work, has been performed in substantial compliance with the
building envelope construction documents and in accordance with RCW 64.55. Our opinion is based on our
periodic observations of the representative samples of work during the construction phase. Air barrier testing,
as required by the 2015 Seattle Energy Code, was performed of which demonstrated compliance with
(passing) of the maximum allowable air leakage from the building envelope. A copy of this report is available
for your records.
