RE: Westgate Village - Acoustical Performance Letter
Dear Kurt,
This letter is provided to document that all elements of material design associated with the
acoustical performance of this project located at 10032 Edmonds Way in Edmonds, WA have
been completed in accordance with International Building Code as adopted by the City of
Edmonds.
During all phases of design elements of acoustics noise mitigation were included in the wall
structures, drywall systems, floor systems, mechanical HVAC equipment and building envelope
details. Each system was detailed correctly and in conformity with the construction documents
practices. During the process of our review we inspected for the proper assembly and
documentation practices to ensure full performance of the acoustically rated system. We are
confident that the project will be completed to meet or exceed all applicable City and State codes.
Please contact our office regarding further information if needed.
Sincerely,
Steven Hedback William Stewart, INCE
