ADDITIONAL MEETING NOTES:

"TCO" / Phased Occupancy:
1. Madrona K-8 Phased Occupancy ("TCO") is acceptable to CoE, due to how the permit is structured.
■ CoE's Phased Occupancy will be granted/provided in letter form to the Contractor/ESD.
2. Fire & Life Safety:
■ Evacuation Plan
■ Fire Extinguishers & Cabinets
■ Exit Lighting & Signs
■ Emergency Generator
■ Fire Doors
■ Knox boxes
3. Furniture move in:
■ Field Inspector level, no "TCO" needed. Requires written notice from CoE to allow furniture
deliveries into the building.
4. Building side for Certificate of Occupancy:
■ Phased Occupancy in accordance with CoE and Fire Department.
■ Separate and organize permits onsite, in a binder or similar. Have list of permits ready prior
to requesting a "TCO".
■ Deferred submittals included/attached with the appropriate permits
■ Coordinate with Fire Department.
