Your resubmittal was not accepted. Please see below for the items needed:
1) Please have Architect of Record review the plans clearly demonstrate on the plans that he/she
has reviewed and approved the changes/omissions.
2) Provide a new site plan that clearly demonstrates the proposed work
3) For the comments that needed to be addressed on the original submitted plans, Only
the comments that specifically pertain the master bedroom addition, will no longer need to
addressed. All other comments along with Special Inspection Agreement still apply and need to
be completed as part of the application.
4) Application/scope of work -please revise (see attached)
5) Valuation changes
6) Contractor changes
7) The plans provided do not appear to be a full set of plans based on the original plan set
provided when applicant initially submitted for a permit for this project.
8) ROW application needs to be signed by applicant
