Be sure to clearly state that it is an ELIGIBLE FACILITY REQUEST.

Hi Michael,
My client, T-Mobile needs to modify their existing rooftop telecommunication facility. Per 20.50.080 the City of
Edmonds requires review for eligible facility requests; however, I do not see the corresponding permit documents on
your website. Is this reviewed during the building permit process or is there a separate land use permit for this? If there
is a separate land use permit process can you please direct me to the application and submittal requirements, please?
