Sweep roof of loose debris. Remove all perimeter metals and drains.
Repair known rot damage per Time & Materials, Time - $65.00/hour_ Budget guesstimate is less than $5Q0,00.
Install 6rrli(asphaltic and vapor barrier (1lisqueen).
Install %"HD Isoguard Roof Board underfayment for thermal mass.
Install a mechanically attached, heat -seam gelded 60mil GAF TPO membrane roof system.
Install TPO-clad 4x6 thru-wail drains.around.perimeter and one new bowl drain. Te into -existing downspouts/plumbing.
Install flashings and trims necessary to comprise a Complete, watertight roof system.
Option. Install a 3WO6" Bilco 5-20 roof hatch over janitor's closet (ladder not included).
