WE HEREBY SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES FOR:
Complete tear off of existing roofs, protecting property by means of tarps and plywood as necessary.
Repair roof substrate rot damage per Time & Materials, Time = $65.00/hour.
Install Emil plastic sheeting (Visqueen) as vapor barrier.
Install X" HD Isoguard Roof Board underlayment.
Install a mechanically fastened, heat -seam welded Versico 60mil TPO membrane roof system.
Install one new TPO-clad thru-wall drain and collector box. Tie into existing downspout.
Install TPO fleshings and trims necessary to comprise a complete, watertight roof system.
Install TPO-clad edge metal around perimeter wall and wrap TPO membrane up and over parapet walls.
Clean up and haul away debris.
5 year labor warranty.
20 year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty available for an additional $1,000.00.
COE re -roof permit is applicable. The permit will be obtained and coordinated on your behalf and the permit cost (TBD) will
be added to the final invoice.
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of-
- Tear off existing, install a 60mil Versico TPO membrane roof* $40,900.00 +Tax
*Subject to availability and potential cost of material increase. Due to nationwide material shortage, chosen products may
experience delivery delay or cost increase. We do not assume responsibility for changes beyond our control.
Payment terms are: 1/2 down to start. Balance due upon completion. Add 2% for credit card payments. Customer Initials:
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation
from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All
agreements contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. Company owner to carry necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
TERMS: Net and payable as stated above. 1-1/2% per month interest charged on delinquent accounts. Legal costs for collection will be paid by customer.
