14'-5" Grade Sign consists of three basic parts:
to top the Sign 1. Back Panel-
2. Middle Cut Panel
3. Base Cabinet
Paint: Satin polyurethane spray coat finish all visible surfaces.
Colors: Dark blue (exact PMS to be determined)
A. "Stranded"- Routed 1/2" th. PVC to add dimension,
are laminated to routed aluminum backer letter cut out,
which provides primary support. Backer letter can be
routed with cut panel to form one piece.
B. " By the Sea" - Push thru clear acrylic w/translucent
vinyl on face.
Graphic: G. Yarn Image - full color digital print applied
L.1 Dual purpose light source- for up lighting of Stranded
and back lighting "By the Sea".
L.2 Light source hidden behind cut panel to provide
up lighting of back graphic panel, B.1 continuous
even gradation lighting effect - no hot spots
