Project Description
Water damage has affected the framing for an existing condominium unit. The building is two stories and wood framed. We
understand that the water damage has affected only the crawlspace for unit 3. We visited the site to as -built the damage to the
framing. We will provide repair recommendations based on our observations.
Scope of Work
Provide structural calculations & drawings in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code and in accordance with the
geotechnical report.
