The existing crossarm is "new', but not the one needed for the project in the permit application. My assumption is it went in whenever the service to that car lot was installed. Basically what I'll be doing is replacing that arm with one a foot longer on each side to give us space to add an extra set of fuses to protect the line crossing Highway 99.
