This is to authorize Nortwest Mechanical to install air conditioning units on the east side of the Building at 530 Dayton
St, Edmonds, WA 98020.
The units are for the sole use of Unit 301 and the owners of Unit 301 have contracted with Northwest Mechanical for
the entire cost and installation of the units.
