Replace existing gas furnace with a new gas furnace in the same location, located in the garage, no new gas piping.
Conditions - Post Permit on site. Do not cover until inspected.
If the appliance is fuel burning, install a carbon monoxide alarm outside each sleeping area and on each level
of the dwelling unit prior to the final inspection.
