That's great news, thank you so much, we really appreciate it.
We would like to place a hold on our permit BLD2020-1128 in order to pick up BLD2020-1129. We understand that no construction work or inspections can be done for BLD2020-1128 until after
the final plat is recorded. We also understand that the expiration date on the permit for BLD2020-1128 will remain with the original date from when it was issued.

The City is open to allowing your proposal to place a Hold on the permit for Lot 1 BLD2020-1128 as you have asked. Will you please revise your request, and acknowledge your understanding
and agreement that no construction or inspections will be allowed on lot 1 until the short plat is recorded? In addition, the timeline for expiration of the permit will not be delayed
from the originally established expiration date.

I could change the issued status to ON HOLD for BLD2020-1128 – Lot1
Then issue BLD2020-1129- Lot2 (if they PIF of course).
Then once the short plat is recorded take lot 1 off hold?

So... I messed up. Evidently we wanted to pick up lot 2 first for (BLD2020-1129) first for the short plat on 7th and Fir as we have to start that house first and I've already paid the
fees for lot 1. I thought we'd have the Final Plat approved and recorded by now, but it's taking longer than I thought. This is probably a long shot, but is there somehow anyway to
put a hold on lot 1 (even though it's technically already been issued through MBP) and start with lot 2 first? I figured it was at least worth asking...
