We totally understand, road closures are something we try to avoid as much as possible. This type of de-energization is not typically something we would do because it limits our ability to switch power around in an emergency situation, but given the urgency of this project for T-Mobile we are making an exception in an effort to get there project complete. We really appreciate the City's flexibility and patience as we try to come up with a solution.
