As of yesterday afternoon we got official permission from the building owner to move the
historical plaque from its current location to the end of the building at far right of San Kai's 4th ave
wall. This has also been approved by Frances Chapin, who indicated to us that she'd also reach out to
you. Please let me know if this is all you need from us to proceed.
On another note, we finally got a color version of the mural from the artist. It is stunning. I am attaching.
Please note that the yellow in the artist's rendering is actually the light tan that the wall is currently
painted.

I have been in communication with Denise Cole regarding the artwork plaque. The agreement we
reached is that City crew will remove the plaque and relocate it on the north end of the building facing
4t" She has agreement from the building owners and I am also confirming with them.
