Please revise the plans to include the north side phase of the project as applicable. Show proposed closure area(s) and duration estimates for this phase of the project. • The north side is on hold if/when it is determined to be added to the contract, we will submit a plan. • If we do the north property, it will only affect the parking closure on 3rd 3) The contractor previously indicated that the Dayton St side of the project would only be closed for 30 days, but the plans show 30-day closure of sidewalk and parking for the south elevation phase, and then 30-day closure of parking for the west elevation phase.
