To whom it may concern,
The Harborview Plaza Condo Association Owners have reviewed the scope of work plan covered by
permit #886601 application and have approved it. Following that approval, the contract with Fike
Industrial Construction was signed by the president of the COA.
The total scope of work, not including the painting, is $181,615. Via the
Snohomish County Assessor's records, the total building value at this time is $7,340,900. Thus:
Pursuant to RCW 64.55 regarding Building Enclosure design documents and inspection, this
project is approved for the Rehabilitative Construction exemption because the value of the
work ($181,615) is less than 5% of the total assessed value of the building (according to
Snohomish County Assessor the building is valued at $7,340,900).
