ADVERSE IMPACT
The proposal shall not adversely impact public space open to vehicular or pedestrian travel.
Three feet of clearance around fire hydrants, standpipes, PIVs, manholes, water meters, blowoffs,

Chapter 18.70, 17.65 and 17.70.040 of the Edmonds Community Development Code. All terms of the

terms of those chapters.
Applicant shall repair or replace all damage to utilities or frontage improvements in the City right of way

The issuance of this permit is understood by the owner to be of a temporary nature, shall vest no
