shown high quality of work and extraordinary customer service which qualified them for our
Emerald Premium Status.
Our qualifications include but not limited to:
• Sales Rep must complete nomination form on behalf of certified contractor.
• Must have clean financial records with distributors — no delinquent payments for more than 60
days.
• Need to have been a Malarkey Certified Contractor for at least (1 year).
• Need to have good reputation/review within the community.
• Agree to review and understand information as outlined in the Emerald Premium Warranty
document.
• Agree to meet the defined Malarkey sales/purchase goals — as outlined per Sales Rep and/or
Regional Manager.
• Must be installed by an Emerald Premium CRC qualified crew.
• Must have current knowledge about Malarkey products and the product installation guidelines.
As all of our contractors are viewed as extensions of the company, our Emerald Premium CRC
Status is only offered to our best and highly supported contractors who not only believe in our
message, but our products as well.
