1. CALL TO ORDER
At 5:47 p.m., the Edmonds City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nelson. The Council
utilized the Zoom online meeting platform to conduct this meeting.
2. CLOSED SESSION
The Council then convened in a closed session to discuss collective bargaining strategy per RCW
42.30.140(4)(A).
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 6:16 p.m., the Council then convened in an executive session to discuss pending or potential litigation
per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).
ADJOURN
At 6:56 p.m., the executive session concluded and the meeting was adjourned.
