Dear Kevin,
The owner made some changes to the approved plans. The building inspector
requests a revision plan to reflect the newly added shower and relocation of the
laundry room in the proposed addition. Attached is a copy of the revised plan and
an 8.5x11 floor plan as part of the adult -family home checklist.
