To Whom It May Concern:
I, Dennis Pothoven, member of The Gregory Condominium Owners Association Board of Directors, declare
the Association is aware of and has authorized this Project, The Gregory Condominium Unit 105 Limited
Window Replacement, to proceed.
I have the authority to bind the Association to payment of all fees associated with this Project, including
all hourly or other fees which may accrue during plan review and/or post -issuance, regardless whether
the permit is issued, cancelled, or denied prior to permit issuance
Furthermore, I hereby authorize Amento Group, of 710 2°" Avenue, Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98104, to act
as the Primary Applicant and Project Contact for this Project.
Because these application materials are a matter of public record, I have declined to provide contact
