The Gregory Condominium Limited Window Replacement is a project of extremely limited scope, consisting
of removal and replacement of two (2) windows at the east courtyard (Unit 105). Replacement windows will
be in like kind, with no change in net glazing area. Replacement windows will have equivalent or superior
performance.
Because the intent of this project is replacement in like kind, we request the City waive the requirement for
WA State Energy Code forms and analysis.
The Request for Proposal (submitted in lieu of Architectural Plans) is intended to serve as the Scope of Work
and "Construction Documents" for this project. This document specifies replacement windows will be in like
kind, and of the VPI Endurance Series vinyl window. Product literature is attached. Please note that all
products have U-Factors between 0.26 and 0.28.
