To the City of Edmonds Permit Department:
We are a 3 unit Condominium Association. Unit #300 is upgrading their heating and air
systems after about 20 years.
Unit #300 has made the HOA aware of their selection of equipment. The SpiritHaven HOA
approves of the equipment selected. The foot print of the outdoor unit is going to be smaller,
and will be more quiet when running than the original equipment.
The SpirirtHaven HOA is aware of this renewal of heating and air equipment and support the
City of Edmonds providing a permit to allow this process to finish.
