This letter is to inform you of an address change effecting your property that was prompted by the
PLN2021-0034 short -plat process.
While creating the new address for the second lot, it was discovered that your address is incorrect. To
ensure timely emergency responses, both addresses will be addressed off 74th PL W instead of 75th PI W.
The new addresses will be:
16209 74th PL W - existing lot- parcel# 00513100006600
16213 74th PL W - new lot 2- parcel # pending
This change will take place in no sooner than 30 days. If you have any questions, concerns or comments
