Project Description
T-Mobile is submitting an application for modifications to upgrade technology at their existing personal
wireless service facility located at 8307 188th St SW, in the City of Edmonds. T-Mobile is proposing to
replace an existing rack and equipment cabinet inside of their existing equipment shelter. A separate ROW
permit was obtained for the work on the tower, located in the ROW. No ground disturbance, footprint
expansion, or addition of outdoor equipment cabinets proposed. The site is zoned RS-10.
T-Mobile is not proposing to expand the equipment area and there will be no ground disturbance as part
of this project. As no substantial change to the previously approved facility is proposed, T-Mobile is
requesting building permit approval.
