Hi Denise,
We just hired a new contractor and their structural engineer was going to work on a new set of plans
that will correctly address the house cantilever for the porch/stairs. The side deck design has changed to
incorporate a hot tub which will also be addressed in the new plans. I don't know if we can still revise
the old permit/plans to work for this or if a new one will be needed and if we need a separate permit for
the hot tub, could you please advise?
