Arrived onsite per contractors request to observe the installation of structural framing for remodel.
Observed contractor had installed and nailed the framing per plans and specs except as noted below.
Once the items are fixed contractor will contact Krazan to for re inspection.

3" SDS screws required at 36" o.c. through the steel beam into the blocking.
ABU Post Base & 5/8" X 4" Strong Bolt 2 for new post at existing chimney concrete.
Sheathing for diaphragm installed and nailed.
