WE HEREBY SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES FOR:
Awning above sidewalk at 317-319 Main St., Edmonds:
Set up pedestrian re-routing and safety signs, markers, etc.
Carefully remove the existing wood shingle roofing and haul away.

Rot repairs to existing plywood, if any, handled per Time & Materials, Time = $75.00/hour.
Install synthetic/hybrid underlayment, starter and drip edge metals.
Roof with CertainTeed Landmark (30 year) laminated asphalt composition shingles using nails, not staples.
Install flashings and trims necessary to comprise a complete, watertight roof system.
Clean up and haul away debris.
5 year labor warranty.
Note: COE re -roof permit may apply. A sidewalk Right of Way permit will be necessary. Each will be obtained and coordinated
on your behalf, the final permit costs (TBD) to be added to the final invoice.
We propose hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:
Replace roofing at awning over 317-319 Main St* $5,400.00 + Tax or Tax#
*Subject to availability and potential cost of material increase. Due to nationwide material shortage, chosen products may
experience delivery delay or cost increase. We do not assume responsibility for changes beyond our control.
Payment terms are: 1/2 down to start. Balance due upon completion. Add 2% for credit card payments. Customer Initials:
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation
from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All
agreements contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. Company owner to carry necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
TERMS: Net and payable as stated above. 1-1/2% per month interest charged on delinquent accounts. Legal costs for collection will be paid by customer.
