A (Single Family Residential) (Repair or Replacement) Plumbing project involving ( 1 Water Supply Piping, Like for like
equipment in the same location, There is no other onsite work that requires a building permit.)
Work includes replacing leaking existing water supply pipe between the meter near the street and where it connects to
our house in the crawl space. Directionally drilled, with new 2 inch sleeve pulled through with 1 inch pex pipe inside.
Connections will not be backfilled until inspection occurs.
Conditions - Post Permit on site. Do not cover until inspected.
