1. THIS EXISTING BUILDING IS FULLY -SPRINKLED WITH AN EXISTING FACP. THE
BUILDING'S EXISTING FACP IS AN ADDRESSABLE POTTER AFC-100, CURRENTLY USING
AN AES RADIO TO TRANSIT SIGNALS TO THE SUPERVISING CENTRAL STATION. THE
Description AES RADIO IS BEING REPLACED WITH A UL LISTED CELLULAR COMMUNICATOR
of Work: (TG7FS) DUE TO AES RADIO SIGNAL QUALITY. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: INSTALL (1) UL
LISTED FIRE ALARM CELLULAR COMMUNICATOR (TELGUARD TG7FS), AND TIE IT INTO
THE EXISTING FACP. ALL SIGNALS WILL BE TRANSMITTED TO THE UL LISTED
SUPERVISING STATION. 3. NO CHANGES TO THE EXISTING SYSTEM WILL BE MADE, NO
