January 26, 2022 IM I INIX0012 DR] City of Edmonds 121 5th Ave North Edmonds, WA 98020 Re: 7500 Building —Suite 108 and 109 To Whom It May Concern, RECEIVED Feb 03 2022 CITY OF EDMONDS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT REVIEWED BY CITY OF EDMONDS It has come to my attention that prior to Tritons Property Investment LLC purchasing 7500 212th ST SW, Edmonds, WA 98026, the previous owners made tenant improvements to Suite 108 and 109 without the proper permitting process. There are no records as to who separated the suites or changed the layout of the suites. As of 2016, there was further work done to Suite 109 for the existing tenant. The Clay's had the south -facing office split into two offices, and the sink was removed in that office. According to the tenant, he was charged $7610.57. The tenant does not know who completed the work on behalf of the Clays. I have attached the current floor plan that was completed by 2D Designs and is a true, current reflection of the layout of the two suites. Please let me know what the next step of action is required as the new tenant moving into Suite 108 is waiting for The City of Edmonds to issue her business license. She is taking the suite as is, and no work will be done to either of the suites at this time.
