Good evening. My office is Suite 100 of 111 Sunset Ave N in Edmonds, performing nonsurgical
medical cosmetic procedures. Now that the business has been effectively operating for a few
months, I'd like to make the public aware there is new and convenient alternative cosmetic
derm/aesthetic medicine office in their locale. If able to further in this application, I will provide a
zip file, or separate files labeled 1a,b,c 2a,b,c and 3a,b,c, and d-- as well as a google maps image
of the overhead placements for the A -Frame. The placements are numbered in order of
Description preference, #1 being the most preferred, as it does not encroach onto the sidewalk, and as a very
of Work: minimal space usage in a very wide turn in to the parking lot. It seems like the most suitable. #2
would be placed to allow for >5' of sidewalk, and no interference with waste management activity.
#3 is also a feasible option, as cars do not park as far up as the sign would be placed. Please see
