A Terracon representative visited the site at the request of Catalyst Construction Group to perform field density test. Santana
performed the earthwork activities.
Field Density Tests
At the time of our arrival we noted the material used as fill for the stormwater pipeline trench backfill was 1 1/4-inch crushed
rock. Material was observed to be adequately moisture conditioned and was placed in lifts approximately 12-inches thick. The
fill placed was observed to be firm and stable during the application of compaction efforts. Field density tests were performed
utilizing nuclear method (ASTM D 6938). The test results met the minimum specified compaction requirement of 95%. Refer
to the attached Field Density Test report for individual test data.
Services: Perform in -place density and moisture content tests to determine degree of compaction and material moisture condition.
