The Property Control department works all new plats, short plats, BLAB, etc. in creating new parcels.
If I understand how the process works, once the project has been completed by them a letter is sent out
accordingly.
For any projects that have not been completed yet you may contact Michelle Tillman at 425.388.3525,
or Lea Armstrong at 425.388.3447 for project status.
