Re: Strickland Deck Replacement

This application is submitted for the reconstruction of an existing deck structure in "like for like"
Construction.
Upon hiring our company, A Tile Tradition; GC, to refinish the tile on Mr. Strickland's deck it was
discovered that the structure of over 40 years old was deteriorating. After thorough inspection of the
deteriorated portions of the deck, it was decided that the remaining aging portion of the deck should be
replaced with upgraded materials to meet or exceed current construction standards.
The deck has direct Western exposure and all structural lumber is scheduled to be Marine Treated lumber.
All drawings and calculations required are being submitted for your approval.

The homeowner is trying to get this completed as Fall is upon us!
