This project involves foundation stabilization for an existing single-family residence. After an
initial site visit, it was determined that approximately 3-inches of settlement occurred to the
single story additon on the western corner of the house. The foundation shall be stabilized with
2-inch diameter pipe piles. Additonally, the garage slab shows signs of deterioration and will be
replaced with a structural slab supported by grade beams.
Scope of Work
We will provide stamped structural calculations and construction drawings suitable for permit
and construction.
