Request final Fire Department Inspection 425-775-7720.
Approved set of plans must be on site at the time of inspection. Failure to provide the
approved set may result in a re -inspection fee. System drain(s) required at riser and must
drain to the exterior. If riser is above lowest grade, 2nd drain required and signage at
riser indicating location. Systems require signage IAW NFPA 13D. Coverage required to
the following areas:
