The Owner and the Contractor will conduct a final inspection of the Work on the date of completion. Any deficiencies
must be corrected within two weeks of the date of completion, or as reasonably practicable.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
The performance, interpretation, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Washington. Any meditation, arbitration, or litigation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement
shall be conducted in King County, Washington.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. CONTRACTOR is not liable for nor bound in any
manner by any statements, representations, warranties, collateral or otherwise, or promises made by any person
representing or proposing to represent CONTRACTOR unless such statements, representations, or promises are set forth
in this Agreement. Any modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the both parties.

The Proposed Price has been calculated based on the current prices for materials as of the execution of this Agreement. Contractor agrees to use his best
efforts to obtain the lowest possible prices from available material suppliers. If a significant price increase occurs during the period of time between contract
execution and substantial completion of the Project, the contract price shall be adjusted by an amount reasonably necessary to cover any increase. A
significant price increase shall mean any increase in price exceeding Five percent (5%)
Acceptance of Proposal- The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as
specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
Terms: Net and payable upon receipt of Invoice. 1 %: % per month interest charged on delinquent accounts. Legal costs for collection will be paid by
customer. This quote serves as is by Washington Law.

Re -roofing of an existing structure may cause disturbance to interior surfaces and fixtures that may result in minor
cosmetic damages including but not limited too; nail pops, cracking of joints in wall boards, minor deflections, etc.
CONTRACTOR will exercise its best efforts in to minimize such occurrences, however; CONTRACTOR shall not be
responsible for disturbance, damage, clean-up or loss to interior property due to normal re -roofing activities required
to complete work as described by the contract documents. Pricing is provided as an allowance and for budgeting
purposes only. Owner may elect to have repairs made by a contractor of their choosing or by Sub -contractors of 3-D
Roof systems. If repairs are to be performed/managed by 3-D, additional costs will be billed per project documents.
