The scope of work includes an alteration to the existing carport
and the existing crawlspace storage area.
The carport scope of work includes adding a wall to the south side,
and door to the east side, of the existing carport. The west side of
the carport remains open.
No alterations are being made to the existing floorplan or
footprint of the building.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN NOTES
No alterations will be made to the existing structural assembly of the
Carport. Materials will be added and not removed / altered. West side of
carport remains open.
No alterations will be made to the existing structural assembly of the
crawlspace or overhead floor assembly. Existing floor assembly clear -
spans the foundation walls without needing center supports, so modifying
existing structure is not needed.
