Subject: Project Narrative — Temporary Use of Vacant Building at 18502-76th Ave. W Dear Leif Bjorback, RECEIVED Jun 30 2022 CITY OF EDMONDS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT The City of Edmonds' Development Services Department requests a temporary use permit for use of a vacant building at 18502-76th Ave. W for the purpose of hosting a neighborhood roundtable discussion on public space. The discussion is part of the community engagement efforts for the Reimagining Neighborhoods and Streets project. The event is tentatively scheduled for July 11th; however, we may need to adjust the event date to account for review of this application and proper notification to the public. Our second option for a date is July 19th. Confirmation of the actual event date will be provided prior to the event. We anticipate approximately 40 attendees during the 90 minute event based on similar type events we have previously hosted. Set up will include three stations, both indoor and outdoor, consisting of activity tables and informational easels attendees can engage with.
