Hello Diego,
I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that we will not be performing a framing inspection
as requested until the prerequisite inspections have been passed. As discussed during the pre -
construction meeting, you will need to have all of the plumbing rough in work completed and passed, all
Mechanical work completed and passed along with the electrical inspection from L and I. Additional trips
without work completed and ready for inspection will result in a $110 dollar re -inspection fee.
