We are planning to remodel the current master bathroom into 2 separate bathrooms: 1 full master
bath, 1 full guest bath. The current 160 sgft master bathroom has 2 toilets, 2 separate vanities, 1
bathtub, and 1 shower. We plan to remove one section of the wall and build another wall to split
the space into 2 rooms. Using the locations of the majority of the existing fixtures, we plan to add
1 tub shower combo. We will also be updating all bathroom fixtures, flooring, and paint. Edit:
Currently, the bathroom fans are directly above each toilet, about 10" x 10"; we plan on adding a
third fan between the tub & shower area of the master bath. There are currently no doors to any of

smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector to every bedroom and office/den within the week.
The interior bathroom walls we plan to add will be framed using pressure -treated 2x4s studded
onto the bottom and top sills every 16" from the center of each stud with a 2 stud corner. The
double vanity wall will contain 2 GFCI circuits/outlets, and the single vanity wall will contain at
least 1; plumbing will also be in the walls for the sinks. In the entire house, there are currently: 5
sinks, 3 toilets, 1 tub, 2 showers, 1 washer, 1 dishwasher, and 2 hose bibbs. We plan on adding 1
sink and 1 tub/shower combo.
