As the homeowner at 23511 741" Ave W Edmonds, WA 98026 — I request that you officially withdraw our
old permit (BLD2021-0578), so that our previously paid fee can be applied to our newly submitted
building permit.
On a personal note — thank you Denise — for helping us through this process. We know we will be
needing your help to usher through this new permit as expeditiosly as possible. My husband, children
and I truly appreciate it.
