This took place in Sept. 2021. Not sure why, but we didn't cancel the permit. The contractors onsite removed the tank before we were onsite and we were to schedule an inspection on this. We didn't Certify this tank removal as we weren't onsite to oversee the removal. Our project manager spoke to the Super on site explained we wouldn't do work with them if they don't work with us and follow requirements. Can you cancel this permit? Or can I go on MyBuilding permit and cancel it? What I can do on our end? Let me know when you have a moment.
