• Ballard Natural Gas Service has a no change order policy.
• Ballard Natural Gas Service has Lifetime craftsmanship/workmanship guarantee for the life of the system.
• Includes applicable county & city permits.
• All refrigeration lines to be cleaned with nitrogen prior to final connection to prevent expansion valve damage and
scaling.
• All refrigeration lines and system is tested with 600psi of nitrogen to prevent leaks.
• Outdoor unit will be installed on a leveled pre -poured Cladlite outdoor unit pad.
• Test fire system with Testo Precision Charge digital gauges.
• Clean up worksite daily.
• 12 years parts and 3 year labor warranty on the Mitsubishi system

• Proposal pricing will be honored for a minimum of 30 days.

BNGS accepts the following forms of payment. Please initial by the method you would

-Credit cards VISA, AMEX, MC or DISCOVER --75% down remainder upon completion
-75% down on construction projects remainder upon completion
-All projects 1,500.00 and below will be charged 100% prior to installation
-Trim balances are determined by BNGS based on remaining work to be completed
and will be sent in an email notification to the customer.
-Check
-Wells-Fargo no interest equal payment financing.
(Financing is through Wells -Fargo not BNGS and is considered a home improvement
loan in which a line of credit with card will be opened for you)
-BNGS reserves the right to refer any over due / unpaid accounts to a collection
agency or attorney.
-All client refunds will be issued on the 12th of each month by the accounting
department
-Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee only upheld with annual system maintenance.
-Proposal pricing will be honored for 30 days
