1. Roof downspouts are currently directed into unfinished ditch in the City right-of-way (ROW).
The existing site conditions will not be permitted.
2. If a rain garden is proposed, the entirety of the rain garden (all soils, plants, pipes, etc.) shall be
on private property.
a. In addition, the rain garden shall set back on private property at least 5 feet from all
property lines.
b. Any overflow from the rain garden shall also be on private property and set back at least
5 feet from property lines.
3. The site as -is creates potential erosion issues. Disturbed/loose soils can wash away into the City's
storm system.
a. Install erosion control measures (e.g. silt fence, straw wattles, filter sock in adjacent catch
basin, etc.) as needed until the site can be stabilized.
b. All erosion control measures shall be installed immediately.
4. All disturbed soils on site and in the ROW shall be compost amended per City standard detail
SD-642.
5. Bricks in the ROW at northeast property corner shall be removed.
6. The site shall be stabilized prior to final of permit.
THE ACTIONS OR CORRECTIONSINDICATED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE
CORRECTED BY: 8/26/2022 OR PENALTIES MAY BE APPLIED. FOR INSPECTION
