This is a formal request to remove the fire sprinkler requirement from the
two above mentioned building permits.
Building permit BLD2020-0019 vested 1/7/2020 and permit BLD2020-
0151 vested 2/4/2020.
Both permits were vested before the sprinkler code changed with
Ordinance 4212 (January 2021/Effective date: Feb 3, 2021).
